Privacy Policy

We collect your email address when you sign up (newsletter or account), along with the information needed to manage your subscription and orders (name, email, and the training history you enter). No payment data is stored on our servers - on the website, payments are handled by Stripe; in the iOS app, they are handled by Apple through in-app purchases.

In addition to the data above, the XENOTIF® app collects the following, solely so that it can work:

- Health and fitness data: with your permission, the app reads your steps, calories, heart rate and sleep from Apple Health (HealthKit) in order to show your progress and tailor your workouts. The app never writes anything to Apple Health. This data is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never shared with third parties. You can withdraw this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
- Profile photo: the image you pick from your photo library for your account. It is used for nothing else.
- Device identifier: a notification token, specific to your installation of the app, stored alongside your account identifier for the sole purpose of sending you the training reminders you have enabled. Turning notifications off deletes that token.
- Messages sent to the AI Coach: they are passed in real time to the model that writes the reply; they are not retained on our servers.

None of this data is used to track you across other apps or websites, and none of it is shared with a data broker.

Your data is used to:

- manage your account, subscription and orders;
- send you our weekly programs, tips and challenges;
- keep you informed about Xenotif® news.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

This site uses only essential technical cookies (session, language preference). No advertising, tracking or profiling cookies are used. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your browsing.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at: contact@xenotif.com

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or by contacting us directly at contact@xenotif.com. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.

Your data is kept while your account is active, then for 3 years after the end of the relationship, in line with legal obligations. After that period, it is permanently deleted.
